Empower Your Sorority Journey

Personalized Recruitment Coaching with Tami Shaw

Meet Tami

Sorority Recruitment Coach & Mentor

Welcome, Potential New Members (PNMs) and Moms!

I'm Tami Shaw. For over 20 years, I've helped young women navigate the sorority recruitment process at colleges across the country.

What began as helping one girl quickly grew into a passion for guiding others through what can be a competitive and often overwhelming experience. With the right preparation, rush doesn't have to feel stressful-it can be empowering.

My approach is personal, practical, and focused on giving each client the confidence and insight she needs to succeed.

I'm not here to chase trends or build a flashy brand.  My focus has always been on providing personalized, accessible guidance-something reflected in both my approach and my pricing.  Most of my clients find me through word of mouth, which speaks to the trust and results I strive to deliver.

I'd love the opportunity to connect and tell you how I can help you feel fully prepared for sorority recruitment.

"Tami made me feel super confident going into the recruitment process. She taught me everything I needed to know to have an amazing experience. I’m in one of the top houses at the University of Arizona and I couldn’t have done it without her help."

- PNM at U of A

"I would recommend Tami because she thoroughly prepared me for what to expect in each house. She also coached me on how to present myself in conversations, including what to say and what to avoid. Overall, I felt very well prepared and confident thanks to her."

- PNM at Oklahoma

"Tami helped me refine my resume, stay organized, and get really clear on what I was looking for. More importantly, she kept me stay true to who I am, which gave me a ton of confidence going into the process. I’d highly recommend her to anyone navigating recruitment."

- PNM at ASU

"Tami was a lifesaver during my rush at U of A. Her expertise made all the difference, and having her guidance every step of the way gave me so much confidence going in. I ended up at my dream house, and calling her right after I opened my card on Bid Day is still one of my favorite memories. She's encouraging, real, and the best coach you could ask for."

- PNM at U of A

"I cannot recommend Tami Shaw enough! Both of my girls worked with Tami for Recruitment coaching and it not only greatly benefitted them, but me! I was able to relax knowing my girls felt confident and were well prepared! She would text me immediately if I had a question and was truly invested in my girls!
Super affordable for an unparalleled wealth of knowledge! The very BEST "

- Mother of a PNM

"Before recruitment Tami made me feel so much more confident and comfortable with the whole rush process. I would talk to her everyday during rush and in a time when things are new and confusing she made me feel prepared, calm, and ready for every party! I would definitely recommend even if you are unsure what you are getting into!"
